SPOUSE VISA
Foreigners married to Malaysian citizens are eligible for a long term social pass (LTSVP) also known as the Spouse Visa.
Spouse Visa is a multiple entry pass valid up to a maximum of 5 years and renewable as long as the couple remains married.
Spouse Visa holders are also eligible to work with a Permission to Work (PTW) endorsement which is required to be applied separately.
Spouse Visa applications (except for China and Nigeria passport holders) are to be submitted at the respective state immigration office.
STUDENT VISA
It is a requirement by the Malaysian Immigration Authority that all foreign students are to obtain a Student Visa or Permit to Study upon acceptance by any School in Malaysia.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Non-Malaysian students who are 5 years old and above and have completed the enrolment procedure in respective Schools can proceed to apply for a Student Visa or Permission To Study endorsement.

We will provide full agency support to the school where we liaise directly with the parents or guardians from consultation prior to enrolment up until visa application completion.

We act on behalf of the school in preparing visa applications documents and submissions to the Ministry and Immigration Authority.
Communications and Consultation
We provide communication assistance to the School and Parents and keep them informed of any changes to the Immigration rules and procedure throughout the entire application process especially on exit/return procedures from and out of Malaysia. We also assist in any enquiries related to immigration matters without any limitations.
Record Keeping and Administration
We also assist the School in keeping administrative records and visa expiry tracking services and others e.g. reminders, update of visa details and preparation of reports to the higher management of the School.
